pigmentation is excusive exposure to sun without apply sun screen.

Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple
cider vinegar contains acetic acid the help to reduced pigmentation
from your face. It restores pH value and fair and lighten up the skin tone. Apple
cider vinegar helps to remove blemish, dark patches on your skin. below is the
method to use ACV for pigmentation on your face.
o take
two table spoons of AVC and equal amount of water.
o Apply
it on your pigmented area and leave it for 5 mins.
o Wash your face with Luke warm water, use it twice a day for better results.
Potatoes
Potatoes contains bleaching properties that reduce the dark patches Acne, scare and enhance glowing skin. potatoes reduce pigmentation because it contains azelaic acid. Here are some steps to apply potatoes on your face.
o Take a slice of peel potato
o Wet your face with water, rub slice of potato on pigmented area.
o Leave it for at least 30 mins.
o Wash your face with Luke warm water.
o For better results do this for 30 days.
1. Yogurt and milk
Another effective remedy for pigmentation is
yogurt. Yogurt contain zinc, calcium, lactic acid and vitamin B that helps to
reduce pigmentation and give you natural glow.

Mix two table spoons of yogurt with one
table spoon of milk

Wash your face before applying the mask.

Apply mask and leave it for 20 mins.

Rinse your wash with Luke warm water
Turmeric
Turmeric
has antibacterial property; it contains natural bleaching properties. Its brighten
and fair your skin. it helps to replace your dark skin.
o
One tsp turmeric mix with one tsp lemon
juice
o Apply for 20 mins and wash
Red lentils
Red lentils are most effective ingredient
for pigmentation that you may not heard before. Red lentils contain vitamin B
and C which help to remove ageing and tighten up the skin. here are some steps
to use red lentils for pigmentation.
o
Soaked half cup of lentils overnight.
o
Blend soaked lentils to get smooth paste.
o
Apply paste on face and neck and leave it
for 20 mins.
o Rinse with cold water.
Aloe Vera
As you all know aloe Vera is good for
skin. aloe Vera has many benefits it helps to rids sunburn, tan and also
help to heal the wounds. It considered as a nature moisturizer, its helps to
fight aging signs, its also help to reduce acne and scars.
o
Take one spoon of aloe Vera and half spoon
of honey.
o
Mix them well and apply on face for 15
mins.
o Remove with Luke warm water.
Green Tea
Green tea contain mushroom tyrosinase, which
has a deep de-pigmenting effect. Green tea also contains a polyphenolic
compound, which helps to which helps to reduce acne and also protects the skin
from UV rays.
